First Time User:
Access our online billing portal by clicking the button above. You’ll be directed to the login page, where you can click “Sign Up Now” to create an account. Once registered, you’ll use the same login page to sign in moving forward. Be sure to bookmark the login page for easy reference. If you don’t have an account, you can also log in as a guest.

How do I log into the portal?
You can access our online payment portal by selecting the company link above. You’ll be directed to the login page, where you can click “Sign Up Now” to create an account. Once registered, you’ll use the same login page to sign in moving forward. Be sure to bookmark the login page for easy reference. If you don’t have an account, you can also log in as a guest.
Who do I contact about how to use the portal?
There is no formal training on the payment portal. You can ask your AR Specialist to review the portal with you, or email us for assistance.

Can multiple people have authority to log into the portal?
Your chosen administrator for the portal can add additional users.
Will the new portal change how our invoices look?
No. The invoices will remain the same.
Can we pay online?
Yes. In fact, we encourage customers to take advantage of the online payment method through ACH or by credit card using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. There will be a 3% fee assessed for credit card payments to help defray the costs of processing this payment option.
Do we have to pay online?
At this time, online payment is not mandatory, but we encourage you to take advantage of this convenient service.
Can I print my invoices on the portal?
The portal allows you to view, print, pay and dispute any invoice.
Will the bill of lading be available online?
Backup documentation will be available with the invoice.
Will I be able to upload the bill of lading to the portal to keep with my invoices?
At this time, you will have to continue your current process for managing the bill of lading with the invoices.
How long will my records be available on the online portal?
A new or current bill will be stored for viewing for one (1) year.
